I can honestly say that I have never shot with this much rain or laugher, but turned out to be the perfect combination for the St. Augustine engagement. Kate and Brad are an adorable couple and with an amazing sense of humor – we absolutely loved our time with them! We started at the Lightner Museum and I’ll admit, I like to start there because you’ll find a great yellow door at the back of the property, and it’s near free parking. We got a few shots in, but the rain came. We ran for cover under this old victorian home, which turned out to be a blessing. I loved the columns, the blue ceiling and a mosaic wall that maybe a new fav St. Augustine location for me. With every engagement session it is my goal to not only capture pretty pictures, but the couple’s personality. They made my job easy as we traveled through historic downtown and Kate should get a special award for walking around in those heels. I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I had shooting them.
